My Favorite Movie


My favorite movie is <Babel>.The story firstly begin in Morocco in which two brothers are comparing marksmanship with their father's new shotgun."I bet the bullet can't hit that far."The brothers said.However,this is the tragedy begin.Since then,the fate of four families has been intertwined.
The first family is an American family.The bullet hit a bus,the wife was shot,and the husband took his wife to a desert town to get first aid.Unfortunately the only doctor in the village is a veterinarian and the nearest hospital is four hours drive away.
The second family is a Mexican family. The husband of the American family asked the Mexican nanny who was at home to help take care of the two children.But the nanny wants to attend the wedding of his son at his hometown and decides to bring the two children to Mexico.In the return journey,he was illegally because of the recklessness of the nephew,and was trapped in the desert under the scorching sun.
The third family is a Japanese family.The gun,also the source of the story was from a Japanese tourist.He has a deaf daughter and a wife who has swallowed a gun and committed suicide.The disabled daughter who witnessed her mother's suicide is eager to be cared for and understood but in a wrong way.

Communication barriers in the film are everywhere.
1.the wife can not forgive her husband's fault——the gap between husband and wife.
2.No matter how hard the Japanese girl try, she find herself was abandon by the world——the gap between the girl and the world around her.
3.In the case of a shooting in the Arab countries,the United States immediately defined it as terrorism——a hostile estrangement.
4.No matter how the Mexican nanny explain it,she can't gain the trust of the US police——a barrier that is full of discrimination.

In <Bible>,in order to prevent human's plan to sky with the tower of babel ,god let human speak different languages.

Nevertheless letting four families fall into the dark may not be a butterfly effect, but an obstacle to communication.Not a language barrier to communication.It is the gap between people.

    I like this sentence the most. You applied the compound sentence structure quite nice. It would be better if you gave a space after each comma. One more thing, it should be "deserted" instead of "desert" as you need an adjective to describe the noun after it.

    Although have not seen this movie, I feel the urge to watch it via your detailed and vivid description.
    The structure of your blog is clear and easy for readers to figure out what's happening in the film.
    I am not quite sure that you can use the word "nevertheless" and "but" at the same time. They have similar meanings , there is no need to use both of them in one sentence.
